zair and misc

All right so I am kinda a n00b so dont blast me. I played a lot of the og Smash Bros, but not so much of SSBM. How do you preform the zair with samus, because when I jump I jump too high. Do you have to hit another button as you do it or something. Also, is there an dictionary online somewhere. I need to know what things like dlith, shffl, and things like that are. thx in advance.
