Hi, could anyone please tell me, how this exactly works:

I have tried it often, but i do not know which buttons to press on gc-controller. my jump is always way too hight and i cannot jumps backward. could anyone help me?

Go to Training Mode and learn to short hop. Don't use z-air, just short hop. Once you got that, practice short hopping and using z-air.

Press Z while in the air to use zair.
