I wrote a similar blog to this in AIB, but because I consider this a more serious forum, I'd like to know what everybody thinks. Is it a good idea for a Captain Falcon main to second King Dedede. By that I mean does he make up for Captain Falcon's weaknesses and poor match-ups, or does he have similar problems? I say DDD because he's the highest ranking character that I consider one of "my characters"...



in other words, I suck slightly less with him -_-

When it comes to a character like CF, who has a wide variety of bad MU it's not just 2-3 characters he needs help with, any top tier character would probably do. This is because top tiers have a generally easy time against other top tiers for obvious reasons. So yes, Id consider DDD to be a decent CF secondary.

If you play Falcon, you don't need a secondary. It has no use.
If you play Falcon for real and expect to win, you're in for a big surprise. If you use him for fun, don't consider him your main and main the better character and play Falcon for fun.
Does DDD make up for Falcons weaknesses? No, he has too many. It's like adding a 7 to 0, does it make 10?
