Youtube Uploader Issue

So I've uploaded 2 for Glory videos up to youtube yesterday, but I tried to upload a new one today and my WiiU gamepad went totally black and unresponsive when asked to name the video for the youtube upload. Has anyone else had to deal with the same thing?

I've uploaded a few replays so far, but I haven't had this problem at all--Is it possible the gamepad battery died?

The gamepad was plugged in the whole time, so it definitely wasn't a battery issue. My best guess is it's glitchy software but idk where to even report such a thing to Nintendo.
