Technically speaking, the "new" Rainbow Road isn't really new. It's a visually improved version of the SNES Rainbow Road from "Mario Kart 7", which was an improved version of the SNES Rainbow Road from "Mario Kart: Super Circuit", which was an improved version of the original Rainbow Road from the SNES game, "Super Mario Kart". It does look really beautiful though.

To answer the question, it's actually a tie between four: Excite Bike, Mute City, Dragon Driftway, and Hyrule Circuit. I'm going to have to give it to Mute City though, for doing all the music, the track itself, and even the little musical jingle right before the Lakitu appears to do the start-up countdown ever so right. Plus, it tugged at my nostalgia strings, since I loved both SNES F-Zero, and F-Zero X, and the music comes more from the SNES F-Zero, while the track style comes more from F-Zero X/GX.

Bringing back SNES Rainbow Road again was nice, it came out freaking gorgeous. But props also to Hyrule Circuit.

I think Mute City is my favourite looking of the DLC tracks.
But I do wish they went crazier... anybody who played the real F Zero games (ESPECIALLY F zero GX) knows that the tracks are totally nuts and demand almost pixel perfect precision to finish the tracks without screwing up.
Instead of an almost totally straight track I wish they made the course more difficult and attempted to give racers a taste of REAL F Zero gameplay.
And possibly balancing it with more of those healing areas to get coins, so that it's not a huge penalty if you lose a lot of them due to the track's difficulty.

But that's sorta nitpicking. The course still looks really good and stands out amongst the others.

Yeah, more or less this. It's nice to see such a great (lightyears ahead of Mario Kart imo) series get some recognition, but aside from the music and aesthetics, it doesn't feel like I'm playing F-Zero.

I like Mute City, Excite Bike Arena, & Hyrule Circuit the most, but Hyrule Circuit's definitely my favorite out of the three. Love driving through the Master Sword after activating the ramp that leads to it.

I came in expecting to like Hyrule Circuit the most, but ended up liking Mute City better. Hyrule Circuit is definitely my number 2 though.
