This Is a small Guide for Yoshi's egg roll (B-Side) move showing what Special moves yoshi can break/counter with this attack (Hopefuly I will be able to add the rest of yoshi's moves soon
Note: all of these are worked out at yoshi moving at FULL Speed in the egg

Counter = Egg Broken and Yoshi takes damage
Tie = both move moves are countered and no player takes damage
Broken = Yoshi Counters the foes atk and does damage

I recall seeing a video like the first week brawl came out and egg roll tied with samus full charge shot and falcon punch. but here they're listed as counters.

I also had no idea all these moves broke it, I though egg roll had insane priority at full speed (breaks nado apparently so yeah)

Hmmm, I did test all of these...But I'll re-test the Falcon puch/Samus change just to make sure ^^

It has some priority, but projectiles weapons seem to break it easyest ;]
and quite a few chars have projectiles
but none the less I'll double cheak my facts ;]

It's important to keep in mind that many B moves of these characters have good priority.

Egg Roll goes through many standard A attacks. Projectiles will definitely tie most times, but I'll admit even I had no idea the egg was broken by so many. Thanks for all your work.

@Gindler: I have just made sure about the Flacon punch and Samus Change shot, and yes both still break Yoshi's egg. Im going to see how full a change Samus needs tho.

I know it was a lot of work already, but if you could do a find/replace in the post for each of the broken/tie/counter tags and added coloring around them like you did in the intro it would make it much easier to read through and see how it fared against each person.

Link's Arrows/Boomerang cancel (Even when fully charge)
Samus's Charge Shot cancel even when fully charged
Zelda's Din's Fire cancel
Ivysaur's Razorleaf I think Cancels
Charizard's Flamethrower is Broken
Snake's Missile is Broken (You can move past it when it's in hitstun, though the explosion itself will Cancel)
Peach's Turnips are Cancel (Though Zombies, Bob-omb's, and Beam Swords do not)
Yoshi's Egg's cancel
Ganondorfs Ganon Punch Cancels, and his Flame Choke breaks through your Egg Roll
Dedede's Waddle Doo Cancels, and Gordo Counters
Lucario's Aura Sphere only Cancels until about the 150's when fully charged
Ness's UpB Projectile Cancels
I do not think Yoshi can Egg Roll past Wario's Bite
Toon Link's Arrows/Boomerang Cancel
ROB's Gyro Cancels
Falcon Punch Cancels
Lucas's PK Thunder Projectile Cancels

Also:
Diddy's Banana's are a counter
MetaKnight's Shuttle Loop is a counter

Ah some of those where me getting confused >< I never wrote it down after testing =/ Duh at me =/

I do want to point out some of these are wrong tho <_>

Wario's Bike, they both get hit...and both take damage
Falcon puch COUNTERS, as the above vid shows and that goes for samus too =]
and Gannon is the exact same as falcon..at thus counters.

hmm maybe. I use PAL Brawl cuz I am from Scotland but I always thought Yoshi's egg roll would be the same. DR is in PAL Brawl so I just thought what is in every version of Brawl would be the same (except of some voices of course).

I don't know, maybe the point of where you fire Samus's Beam and falcon's Punch make the difference ?

I once fought a Yoshi who spammed sideB and I couldn't do anything because it was an online match and it lagged like hell.

When I was DK and had a fully charged giant punch the attacks just collided... I still know this because I was really angry and like wtf this stupid attack ties with the giant punch >.<
