So, very recently, i've found out that yoshi's side-b/egg roll, can go over banana's. I am unsure that anyone has tested/posted info about this, but i think this should be looked into with more depth.

Are you sure? I believe that the (very, very) few times I've used Egg Roll in this match-up I still tripped on Bananas.

Anyways, it seems to be random. I've tried it and it's tripped me, though other times I've gone over. Very confusing. @_@

The egg roll has random frames (consistent, but random to us cause we can't time it) where the nanner won't affect the egg. I tested this a while ago.
