Hello fellow smashers, I have just made my smash boards account, and thought I would try to hit up some fellow players. I go to college in Quincy, Illinois and was wondering if there are any other competitive players in the surrounding area ( preferably no more than 3 hours away, but exceptions will be made). I have been playing melee ever since it came out (no necessarily competitive), and have been playing pm since 3.0 came out. I main falco in both, and have played in a few tournaments in the Iowa scene with some buds going to Iowa University. I have been really wanting to start a scene if there is not one near by, but if anyone plays seriously please hit me up!!!!

I live in Quincy and on Wednesdays I go to a library event where everyone plays SSB4 if you're interested. Most of the people there are 14 to 18 years old I think (I'm 15) but if nothing else it's practice, and I prefer 1v1ing if you have a 3DS. It's from 3 to 5 pm at the library in the theater room unless we need yo go elsewhere.
