So I just got back a little while and I wanted to write this blog.
Basically my youth group (I am a senior) went out to a lodge and spent 2 days there.
There are 2 foreign exchange students (German and Austrian) that my best friend and I hang out with.
So we all shared the same room and a few other guys also had our room.
But yeah, it was a lot of fun.There is also a Korean female foreign exchange student named Kimkousho that hangs out with us. I also believe she has a crush on me.
So here are a few things that I learned.
#1 If you hear, "I need to get" and then your name you should be more cautious then I was.
For those of you who know what the bat wing, brain and goat is, then you know what happened to me........ the pain....
#2 If you go on a hike with girls girl make sure to bring a video camera so that you can win 10,000$ at America's Funniest Home Video's.
Freakin idiots tried to walk down a hill w/o slanting their feet with leaves covering it.
#3 If you attempt to noodle at the Lake take into consideration that the water is WAAAAAAAAAY cooler than the air.
Also take into consideration the distance between the lake and the lodge... that and the wind chill.....
#4 Never fall asleep around slap happy people.
(and) for future reference... Marsh Mellows while they don't hurt when hurled at you, can be really annoying when they are hurled at you in large quantities.
#5 When playing football take into consideration what might be behind the shrubs that you tackle people into.
Lets just say that I was violated by a rock and had trouble walking let alone running for 10 minutes.
#6 When playing tackle football it is a good idea not to become a target. Because if you do you will be mascaraed.
You may not even have the ball and you will get flattened.
#7 Close lining hurts you too.
#8 If you are the only person that brings a laptop and everyone's ipods are dieing you might want to keep track of what all gets plugged up to your CPU for comedic value (I counted 7 different ipods).
#9 typo.. ignore
#10 When you or any of your freinds have never had experience with an ipod touch you might wanna ask how it works.
A girl asked me to charge it up before we went to sleep so I brought it back to my room because it was pretty much bed time.
I got it to 70% battery life and attempted to turn it off. I have 0 ipod experience (I am a MP3 man) so I asked how to turn it off.
My roomies assumed that it was like a normal ipod.
So the battery ran out and she was mad at all of us because of the long drive and nothing to do.
#11 Take a picture of a girls face after you tell her that she ate spicy grubs and doesn't realize it.
#12 Never play soccer with a German.
I played for 6 years and absolutely got destroyed.
Well, I have other storied but they wouldn't be funny unless you knew the people. lol
