I really like the way your sheik moved against falco, I think the choices in vertical and horizontal movement were made at good times to counter his approaches.
I saw a lot rolling after wavedashing from the ledge. In my head, I use that to quickly get up from the ledge, and using a laggy roll right afterwards seems counterproductive.

Hey thanks man. I'll have to re-evaluate why I use wd back on / roll. Guess it should only be used during hard reads of against an individual who is aggressively covering the edge.

Also BUMP! I personally think I'm moving too much and can stand my ground more often opinions??

I personally think I should move more, so I'm a little biased.
I would say that most people can anticipate still/slower opponents, so if you move a lot and you train yourself to attack at the spacings while moving, it becomes an advantage over others. There might be certain moments when edgeguarding a character with limited recovery options that would be better if you stood still, but I would encourage you to keep moving. If nothing else, it's a really cool and distinct style.
