Wtf is wobbling?

I searched. Couldn't find any posts about it, other than people's sigs. I think it's an Ice Climbers thing, but I'm not sure. Anyone want to elaborate?

Its an infinate in which combines the pummel with forward tilt to allow ice-climbers to never let the opponent escape.

It is named after wobbles the pheonix who is famous for using it.

The technique is currently under debate, if it should be use in tournaments or not.

wobbling is an infinite grab. its pretty challenging to do but once u master it then yea.

its used with the ice climbers. u cant get out of it if done right.
