Wtf is this shiat?

So, I was playing my friends Wario yesterday, and when he was about to pull of his bike (just the starting animation) I knee'd him.
The strange thing was, elector animation of knee appeared, also hitstun, but wario didnt move and didnt take any damage.
I don't have a video of this, but maybe it's just because the hitbox of the bike is there before the actual bike appears?

Slap me if this is known.

Yah theres a little area in the lower half of wario's body that has the invisible bike that can be hit before its out.
