Yes. him.
Clippit, beyond basically being Microsoft's disowned mascot, serves as an easy avatar to throw a bunch of games and other such things onto. After all, what desk job is completely without hours wasted away playing Solitaire?
Special Moves
Neutral Special: Solitaire
Clippit turns his sheet of paper into a playing card deck and hurls 13 card suite out of it. The cards become a projectile in much the same manner as Mario's fireball, but longer lasting, piercing, and multi-hitting. However, they do very low damage. If clippit holds down the special button, up to 3 more suites can be thrown out. If at any point during this move, the attack button is input, Clippit actually sneaks into the next suite of cards, which moves as normal until he makes another input, at which point he throws off his disguise.
Down Special: Minesweeper
Clippit plants a flag. When smash-activated, he turns into a yellow emoji face with crossed eyes, causing all the flags to detonate, showing a number between 1 and 8 on them, which affects the size and damage of each flag.
This is all I have now but the idea is pretty clear. Clippit is a "Fighting clown" character with confusing mixups and high potential for damage racking.
