Would you guys mind if the game was delayed to add: intro, more music, more stages etc

PLUS this is the first time two smash games were being developed at once... Just get both. I am. If you can't afford it, that's your problem. Nintendo doesn't have to cater to you. Their overall goal as a company is to get money. It'd only make sense for them to try to sell the Wii U with the Wii U version's exclusives. Wouldn't you say?

I'm the opposite of lucky actually... so yeah, don't believe me if you want, doesn't matter either way. But I wanna play Smash for as long as possible, after all Smash 64 was like my first game ever... and all of my fam likes smash... We like to play it together... Then of course Sonic is in it and the Sonic series is pretty much the reason I know how to draw and make stuff... Smash 4 just has a lot of things that I guess have cheered me up or helped me in a way throughout my life... I'd rather have it now and get the extras whenever they are available...

I wouldn't mind the wait all too much since I've been waiting since its first reveal anyway. Though it would be nice to see them do something like Mario Kart 8 and get good value DLC which for example would give you more costumes for a certain couple of characters for pre-ordering.
That wouldn't really require waiting and still give the game more content + more profit for them.

You have no need to be sorry, you didn't do anything... Here, take this... it's the Smash 4 3DS OST minus the 8 and 16 bit style music as they can't be converted right now... it's not tagged yet and they aren't 320kbps... but that's only because of their low sample rate (they used 19999 and 20000 Hz in the 3DS version so the highest quality for them is basically 160kbps CBR) I made the album art tho... but yeah these are taken straight from the game's files.

Ninty cant afford to delay this game, they need the console sales it will bring.. personally i would mind because dlc is obviously an option.

I wasn't referring to that. I was referring to well... the fact that Nintendo is trying to be smart right now... and that Shulk is on the bottom with the 3rd parties and Miis... all alone... The roster forms a perfect box multiple times when unlocking everyone... if the end result was to look so... weird... why not change the actual box sizes and arrangement to make a perfect box? would look much better that way.

Yes I would be pissed - Smash 4 was announced in June 2011, it has been over three years since then. I don't want to wait anymore and honestly DLC is common enough where that sort of stuff should just be released later if they have it.

Even more, they don't always have to charge for the DLC. They owe us some free DLC after delaying the game so much. I can't imagine how embarrassing that is for Nintendo.

But really, anything else that would be added could easily be DLC. Characters, stages, modes, patches, anything really could be added later. Plus we do not know what the Wii U version has, in terms of music and stages and all that.

Since general speculation is over/we've moved onto pre-release, I don't see much of a point in wondering about what could have been.
