Would it be possible to give every character their own Victory Theme?

Just so y'all know, I don't know much about code or how the hacking really works, so I don't know if this is possible or not in the same way that it is to hack regular music. However, if it were doable, it would be nice to see every character have their own victory theme. Some of them already do (Snake, Metaknight, Sonic, etc.) but all the pokemon and most of the Mario characters share themes. I think it would be great if everybody got their own theme, though idk if they would be able to find 7 great themes for each of the 7 playable pokemon and such.

Your thoughts?
