After losing to DDD so many times as Snake, I'm just going to play MK. No Snake, just MK.

I apologize for leaving the tourney and not playing well. At the begining of singles pools my mother called me to give me the news that my grandfather had just had a brain aneurysm and was being rushed to the hospital and it was not looking well for him to make it. She told me to keep doing what I was doing because there was nothing I could do from MI. Normally I'm very good at keeping my emotions to myself but this time it hit me very hard how much I hate being an ocean away from everybody I love and care about.

Thanks to Kevin for hosting the tourney. Smash has alway been a distraction and a way to unwind a little and even though I couldn't stay the whole time this really helped me.

I REALLY wanna know what happened in doubles though.

Me and Lain ended up teaming because Zinoto didn't show and I didn't know he wasn't coming. We lost one match to Stewy and me#### due to G&W bucket shenanigans and another to KSev and Dogma. The last set against Ori and Marco was best of 5 and me a Lain won 3-0 with two of the games going down to 1v1. We would have one game with great chemistry and team combos and the next would be like if we weren't even teaming, it was strange, but Lain is a great player and was getting gimps left and right and I was tanking like a boss.

All Brawl was amazing, and I didn't even know what it was, I swear Ori had to tell me the rules like 10 times. This should happen at every tourney.
