Hrm, okay. I wasn't aware of that reincarnation line in FSA. I'm gonna have to research that one. Oh wait, you mean the "Ancient demon reborn" line. Doesn't mean anything in particular. Could just as easily have been Ganon, the spirit, that has been reborn in Ganondorf. Or else that the power of the trident once belonged to an ancient demon, and that with Ganon now wielding it for such evil, it's like the ancient demon is back.
As for Zant... I dunno. It still seems weird to me, but then again it seems that in the new games they're going more for deaths than sealing, every time. So perhaps. If TP does in fact depict his death, then I suppose having FS and FSA after that in the timeline with a new Ganondorf would make sense, to a degree.
However, I am intrigued by your decision to place the old games in the WW Timeline. I mean, it could work, sure, but only if FS/FSA comes in before ALttP. Why? Because, using your logic, WW Ganon died too. He didn't have the Triforce of Power with him when Link stuck the sword in his head, so the same rules should apply to that one as to TP Ganondorf.
I've never really been swayed by the whole "Silver Arrows are the only way to kill Ganon, but Ganondorf can die in any manner" thing. Personally I always thought it was merely what was required to overcome his evil magic or the triforce or whatever.
However, the interesting thing I note is that theoretically everything after Wind Waker/Phantom Hourglass could just as easily fit into the other timeline, by your idea. Why do I think it fits better after TP? Simply, the Master Sword is accounted for. The location of the Master Sword in TP is clearly the same pedestal as where it is later located in ALttP, and it's likely that TP Link returned it, for future generations. However, in WW, the Master Sword is lost, as it's at the bottom of the ocean. This is also important because in ALttP the pedestal is the same one as in TP, same location and all. Since that's all underwater in WW, it has to be before WW, or else not of the same timeline. Hence, the TP timeline.
