Will we see SSB64's comboability make a comeback in Brawl ?

You've got to admit that this is a lot more entertaining to watch than Marth grabfests. One of the reasons why I used Falco/Falcon in Melee was because they were able to do somewhat similar combos. Would you want the game to become a bit more like 64 (in combos) but retain Melee defensive options (better DI, spacing, dodging, etc...) or are you against such a change ?

SSB64 combos + DI = ???
I shouldn't have to say more than that to voice my confusion...

DSB, you're confusing combo ability with plain brokenness. That game had the most lame endless grab and up tilt combos. In melee you just have to work for a combo because of a good DI system. DI is the FIX for combo's like th eones you want soooo like Ryoko said, "SSB64 combos + DI = ???"

your dumb you can di out of all those combos in 64

and we've already seen how the engine works for brawl the combos are mostly the same as they were in melee

Yep, DI is a beautiful, beautiful thing. And as nuro said, please watch the gameplay videos in the stickied thread to see how combos in Brawl are seeming to come together.
