Will this change Olimar a lot?

That the fact that his Usmash, and his Pikmin aerials (save Uair) can clink with other aerials, even lingering ones. Was this common knowledge?

I don't know if this will "change" olimar, because this is always how it's been. Many of his attacks have low priority. This is common knowledge to anyone who plays as or against olimar at a competitive level.

it does get frustrating that his attacks are low priority, but the range on his smashes and the fact that all of his smashes look alike really compensate for that. and the hitboxes are all funky fresh too (whatever the term for that is haha)

even with the lack of priority, the speed and range at which they go makes up for everything

usually just try to up tilt if they come in with a high priority attack from above as all his tilts have great priority
