DLC on Wii U
Will the Wii U version of Smash 4 have DLC for stages, Modes or even Characters. In, my opinion If it did or in the furture had it I would pay and support it, I would also give free back to enhance the quality of it. What would you do? Would you pay? Do you even care? Discuss and Leave your comment down below! :marthmelee:

I believe it's been said that there is no DLC planned at this time, but that could certainly change in the future. I'd totally be down for new characters and stages (or even new character colors and music) being released , and I'd gladly pay for them as long as the quality remains consistent with the rest of the game.

With some companies you have to worry about incomplete games being released because they know they can always sell dlc later. With Nintendo this is not the case; they remind me that dlc can very much be a good thing. It can give a game that extra boost of longevity it needed. Personally I am completely in favor of dlc because I know that if they do decide to do smash dlc they'll do it right. I would gladly pay for it.

I feel confident that we'll get veteran characters added overtime from DLC. Just makes a lot of sense to me.

I say yes, but only if Sakurai feels there's things that he can't fit into the final product before it's released.

I don't see us getting much DLC if we do maybe 3 or 4 new characters or even as few as 2 newbies and 2 veterans?

From what I understand, Nintendo has always been against DLC. We'll see. Companies change over time.
Nintendo has recently discovered of the joys of DLC, and have started implementing it into their 3DS games. But yeah, we'll see what happens with SSB.
