will practicing smash 64 in the meantime help me learn anything i can use in melee

my roommate just moved out and he took his tv with him.
i have smash 64 on my computer, so im forced to use that to get my smash fix until a couple weeks when i can get a new tv, i was just wondering if there were any specific things that I could practice on smash 64 that might make the time spent not on melee not such a waste heh

I'd think there wouldn't be cause the timing would be completely different and the moves are of course different and there probably aren't any advanced techniques similar to SSBM in SSB. But good luck searching if you can. i hope you get a new TV soon.

I played SSB64 for awhile
Then went back to SSBM
I sucked..
But I was playing a SSB64 emulator..​

Playing on a keyboard will not help you. But you can still play it just for fun online.
