Are there any people who are considered as good as M2K, Nairo, Salem, Mr. R., or others around their skill level who use Wiimote & Nunchuk?

Wiimote loses signal pretty often. Then Wii counts holding a button as button-mashing and you drop shield, release smashes, stop dashing and all that bull****. That's why I changed. Happens at least once a match and only resetting controller fixes it...

Well I use Wiimote & Nunchuk, I think I see how the problems could be annoying. They only happen to me every so often. My real problem is the Wiimote & Nunchuk randomly stop responding, but the light on the wiimote stays on saying its on. The only button that works is the Power button, and to fix it I have to take the batteries out and back in. I tryed calling nintendo, and they said it could be a faulty nunchuk or wiimote. Only problem is that its happened with 2 different Wiimotes and Nunchuks, on 3 Wiis!

Only reason to use wiimote + nunchuck is shake smash (for mashing) and easy mode infinite dimensional cape (which is banned anyway).

Like in the long run you're far better off learning how to use the GC controller since it's wireless, and since it's the controller Sakurai designed Brawl for.

It's very possible to win with the wiimote. I used it since Brawl started. Those drops and interference only happens sometimes depending on the venue. It won't do it randomly. It depends on the signals around and stuff. Smash 4 is gonna be wireless so YOLO.

It happens at mine and my friends house. :(

Also Ghostbone you shouldn't count wiimote/nunchuk users out. I would like to consider my a good player, and have yet to find a reason that I can't use the setup I like. The GC feels so weird to me nowadays.. I can play with it, but I'd rather not.

I've never had much issue with interference, it was a pain in the balls to finally work out a useable control scheme with the wiichuk, if it had two buttons where A is it would be pretty awesome. in my case I have no choice now because I have a wii u, but I do consider the wiichuk much better than the classic controller(those sticks are ****ing terrible)

so tapping up on a dpad is more efficient than up on cstick, but this ONLY helps IDC?

lol
