I can't use the Friend Finder because I use my Wii to go online and I need flash version 8.

I do, but it needs a password and my dad wont give no one the password because hesitance afraid someone will download junk, he wont even give my mom the password. So we have to use the Wii to go online.

or ask your dad to give you a limited user accout which doesn't let you download stuff anyway.
