Wii U has stopped working smh

bropught my wii u in to school to play the tournament we set up and it would not show up on the TV. wii u and gamepad were both working and my classmate decides to (without my permission) to change the TV settings and now when i cut it on it plays sound adn then just stays on the wii u screen. has anyone had this issue before and or got it mended? i REALLY need it up and running again asap so i can continue my training. thanks

Er when Nintendo disabled miiverse they ALSO disabled tourney mode and screenshot and replay uploading (the last two make sense the first one not so much), just an FYI.
