Possibly one of the Mario platformers. I've also heard NintendoLand is a blast, but never played it myself.

Wonderful 101, it's a good father/son game.

Wonderful 101 might be a little too complex and mature for a 4-year old.
I recommend Super Mario 3D World and Mario Kart 8, and Smash Bros. of course, although the last two would require some practice.
