Wi-Fi is addicting

Really, it is, can anyone give me some tipz to quit Wi-Fi. The main reason I do Wi-Fi is cause I have NOTHING else to do. I'm homeschooled so I have few friendz the only onez I have are from the smash community. And next I'm 15 so I'm too young for a job/car so I rarely get to goto tourneyz.

I'm bad on Wi-Fi and my Wi-Fi play style (which is mainly sandbagging) is starting to become my IRL play style and itz making me REALLY BAD offline and online. Can anyone give me some tipz on how to quit Wi-Fi.

Itz the only thing I have to do which is why I do it, I don't do it cause I like it >.>
