While it was a little weird to have your topic locked without an explanation, do you really think it's the best idea to make another one right after your previous thread got locked? I'm sure whoever locks it this time will give you a reason; it could be because of Nintendo being an official sponsor as of recently or other reasons in general.

You know that a moderator locked your last thread, and they help run the site and can ban people, right?

They're not people you can say "screw you" to and keep doing the thing they said not to.
It would be like if a cop pulled you over for speeding, you gave them the middle finger, and speeded away.

Even if MK8 has been modded, the Wii U by itself is hard to hack thanks to the updates Nintendo keeps giving. You would need an exploit in order for that to work.

You don't have to know the rules by heart by any means haha, but you should definitely go over them.

I mean it's not the sole reason most likely, but Nintendo has been very unkeen on people modding their games or the content of said games, as seen by their views towards PM (which albeit are increasing). But because modding is generally a shady topic in general, from a legality standpoint, it mostly isn't talked about. However, there is a chance if a big discovery in hacking is found in the future, the Smash 4 boards will discuss it. That's the best I can think of at this moment.
