Floaty physics. Nair(the electricity as you called it)hitboxes come first out at only 5 frames-faster even than most jabs and certain grabs. Mewtwo is BOSS.

Mewtwo is too good for chain grabbing. With the "Shocky Pelvis" Nair and the best defense in smash history, Mewtwo is one tricky dude.
