It can be done of ANY level.
Just get nana to grab the opponent, then use Popo to B-> them.
simple.

Huh? The video was showing wierd pathing of nana walking, not the freeze glitch. Yes he did do the freeze glitch, but freeze glitch can be done on any level and it's banned from use in tourneys.
