Why don't pro Ness players SHAD into Nair?

It seems like a really good option for getting in but I never see people like FOW or Shaky do it.

Because there are far better options that are less predictable.

Empty hopping
reverse uair / frame-canceled uair
pk fire jumping / djc pk fire / pk fire jump > nair/dair
shad dair > anything

Just all sound like better options than shad nair.

Most would do a shorthop airdodge
UpAir... If you use it to much the player will be conditioned to expect it and you don't want that as it is a pretty good kill option (if you get the read.)
