Why do you think Flaco is the best?

Indubitably. I'd rather play Falco than Fox because I like his style, and Fox messes up my gameplay with everyone else.

The reason: he's imba on stage and useless off stage. lol he's recovery is so ridiculous xD

Falco isn't the best, Sheik, Fox and at high level of playing even Marth are all better than him. If you're asking why Falco is GOOD then the answer is.. lasers, comboes (expecially with shines), quite good knockback, quite good speed, quite good priority, quite good edgeguarding.

Yeah I'd say he's 4th on the tier listings, but when the characters are that high up, the character imbalances become less irrelevant than the skill of the players.
