I dont know if this should be here or in general, but lately I have been seeing some PRs with a 0 place on it. Is there any difference between that and 1?

#0s are generally those that are considered better than the #1s, but don't really attend local tournaments and thus lack results on a local level (but perform very well at nationals and such).
