Because if he does exist, he's a 47 year old man who types in all caps. He's more of a joke than anything else.

Albert L is more a joke than anything. As for the best Ganon, it's tough to say. No Ganon plays the same; each one brings something different to the table. That and not many Ganons attend big tournaments regularly enough to have their results speak as to who is better. But then again, regional discrepancies could alter the competition level.
