I'd like to see a poll for this sort of topic to see which characters are most popular amongst this board. It'd be interesting.

Notes:

Pit and Dark Pit share a spot due to polls having a maximum of 50 options. And they're about 90% identical anyways, so if you play one you can pretty much play the other.

Ike is my main in 3DS, and was my main in Brawl. So far I'm maining him in Wii U, but actually as of tonight I'm considering switching my focus to Shulk, as I'm doing a lot better online with Shulk. We'll see. For now, though, Ike still holds the title.

I wanna say Mario (He's my favorite video game character), but I honestly think I'm in denial about that at this point. Palutena has completely overshadowed all my other characters in my fighter records. Like, my W/L ratio with her is way higher than my W/L ratio with Mario and even Diddy Kong despite the fact that I play all three pretty much equally.

So yeah, guess I'll just go with Palutena, haha.

Fire Emblem is definitely the most popular series overall. Either that or Mario, but Mario just has so many characters.

Surprised by the lack of Pokemon mains so far. Though I suppose that'll change when 50% of the player base flocks to Mewtwo when he releases.
