I was thinking....

Brawl was supposed to be a launch title. But honestly...did you really want it to be? I know you all want Brawl. I know you can't wait for it to be released. But just imagine this:

If it WAS a launch title, Sakurai would have been rushed just like with the last two games. He was forced to cut many people he wanted to add: Balloon Fighter, Sigurd, etc. With this new game, it doesn't matter if he takes his time with it. From what I heard from the comments by Kojima, the game could in fact be shipped right now. It is complete. The thing is, Sakurai is doing his fans a favor. What is this favor? Cramming the **** game with loads of characters, stages, items, music, etc. Brawl will be a million times better than it ever would be if it had been rushed to be a launch title.

You bring a good point, but this could of been posted elsewhere, like on my thread, which you can find in my Sig.

But agreed, I don't care when it will be shipped, as long as it doesn't get deleyed till 2008, and its before christmas at the latest. If it comes out december, I want to get it for christmas, not a couple days after.

Patience indeed is a virtue ;)
If waiting another period of time means better gameplay, awesome music, strategic items, and Balloon Fighter... then there's no point of rushing ;)

well definatly. the more time they spend on the game = the better the game is it's a given, but it's also hard cus u dont want to lose the fan's interest, then they will really lose everything.

plus, the better it is, the more people will buy it... and also they might be waiting for 3rd party companies to respond or something.

I think they may be basing it off the fact that Balloon Fight music was in SSBM.
