Super Mario 64. I'm not even nostalgic for that game but the music just screams it.

If you want me to talk about a video game soundtrack I'm actually nostalgic for then I have to say the original Pikmin.
I had the game (and the sequel) since I was either 5 or 6 and I absolutely loved them both. But the Pikmin 1 soundtrack is more memorable to me.

Sadly Nintendo, "copyrighted" one of the videos on the playlist, which also happened to be my favorite song in the game. But it's here. It's the song that stars playing when the Onions show up.

Jak and Daxter's Sandover village theme for me.
Oh boy, I can't even count the number of times I've completed this game!
I really love the Jak and Daxter series. This song reminds me how much I've played each of them.
I mean, I even bought PSABR because of them (although I ended up playing with Kat...)!

Really any song from Pokemon Black/Pearl. Both games have really great soundtracks.

Anything from Chrono Cross or Final Fantasy VII

I own like 100+ OST on CD and those 2 are the only ones I can listen to from cover to cover and not skip or get tired of any of the tracks. I also played both right as they released, with great friends - so there are potent memories tied to them.

The only other OSTs that comes close are not gaming, they are Anime - Cowboy Bebop and Akira.
