I used to not listen to music when I played, but I've been listening to a lot of Flying Lotus and Death Grips recently.

I've only ever listened to a few Death Grips songs. Any recommendations?+2 for both Flying Lotus AND Death Grips.
I personally think Ex Military is their best album, but as far as specific songs go Full Moon is good, I really like You Might Think He Loves You... partially because I can't get over the Dylan reference.I've only ever listened to a few Death Grips songs. Any recommendations?
I listened to the songs you recommended. I didn't like Full Moon, but You Might Think He Loves You was alright. DG is very hit or miss for me, the songs are either weird and unlikable or just decent.I personally think Ex Military is their best album, but as far as specific songs go Full Moon is good, I really like You Might Think He Loves You... partially because I can't get over the Dylan reference.
They definitely aren't for everybody, that's for sure. I'm kind of the same way with them (either hit or miss) but I think the stuff I like from them is probably the stuff you don't and vice versa. You could try Lord of the Game from Ex Military; it isn't quite as heavy on the "experimental" side of their music.I listened to the songs you recommended. My problem with it wasn't the heaviness of the music, I'm totally fine with that. Full Moon was just a dude yelling over a drum beat, and it just sounded off. They definitely aren't for everybody, that's for sure. My favorite album is No Love Deep Web, but it's pretty experimental. It's the one with a d!ck for the album cover.I've only ever listened to a few Death Grips songs. Any recommendations?

Yeah. I'm not a Death Grips fanatic; I like some of their songs, but other ones just don't do it for me.My favorite album is No Love Deep Web, but it's pretty experimental. It's the one with a d!ck for the album cover.

Death Grips is my favorite band / artist of all time, and I totally understand disliking it. It's loud, abrasive, and just plain unorthodox most of the time. But that's why I love it, and that's why some hate it. That's why it's so interesting.Yeah. I'm not a Death Grips fanatic; I like some of their songs, but other ones just don't do it for me.
I would've thought your favorite artist was Bjork.Death Grips is my favorite band / artist of all time, and I totally understand disliking it. It's loud, abrasive, and just plain unorthodox most of the time. But that's why I love it, and that's why some hate it. That's why it's so interesting.
