which mod chip should you use?

There are alot of mod chips for the Wii these days, and I was wondering which one (if any) is best for using Japanese games (ex. Gundam 0079)?

And before anyone comes in, I'm pretty sure that discussion of this is allowed, since your not pirating. You cur cumventing regional lock which is legal.

Eh, it allows pirated stuff to be played and that's more so the point of MOST mod chips. Sorry.
