Which characters can platform cancel their moves?

I already know about Link's nair platform cancel, and Young Link's. I'm wondering what moves other characters' moves can me platform canceled.

Unless noted, attacks have a one frame window. These apply to stationary platforms; for downward moving platforms, the window sizes may vary, and more attacks may be possible.

Yep, that's how platform cancels work, basically, the hitstun you get put into makes your ECB stay above the platform, so you don't fall through, it's also why it's such a tight and hard timing.
