I just recently decided to pick up ICs after being a Sheik main for a few months, and they just feel so overwhelming. Where do I begin? I understand the general neutral game at a basic level, but that's about it.

^ disregard that.
Learning how to wobble without actually knowing the rest of the character is detrimental to your play.
Learn everything else regarding the basics of the character before even worrying about wobbling.
Wobbling alone gets you nowhere.

One thing I'd recommend is just to use the 1player glitch on fixed camera mode and get used to the way Icies feel. Familiarise yourself with their movement in the air and on the ground and their desyncs on your own, and then play against a number of characters to learn how to deal with them. The harder tech can come later, just get the very basics down first and foremost.
