Pass through the hidden door in The Swamp area after completing The Subspace Emissary

She is in the swamp. But make sure you pass SSE

The part where you get launch by barrel there's a door between two barrel.
That's where you'll find It or Jiggly

I agree. That is the easiest way (especially if you're trying to avoid the GIANT DIDDY KONG fight).

I'm pretty sure he just wants to finish the SSE, Jigglypuff is one of the easier character's to unlock. :/

LOL it took me 3 tries to beat Jigglypuff! but it took really fast to take out wolf and toon link.

Jigglypuff have some special power or something lol
