Where do I go next as ZSS?

Hello everyone, I've been a lurker on these forums for a few months now. From reading these forums and threads you guys have helped me improve as a ZSS main. I'm wondering how can I further my improvement? What should I work on next/what techniques should I be learning?

Here is my most recent match. I took a break from Smash and returned to it today. (I should mention that I mess up trying to pull off SHFF Nairs a few times, so during some moments in the match you'll see me do Nairs in the air for seemingly no reason at all lol):

This is from my first match on Anther's Ladder (It was a while ago):

And this is me getting destroyed by a fellow Zero Suit Samus main (Again this was a while ago):

Any advice and critique would be most welcome. Thank you. :).

Welcome to Smashboards!

I like your use of u-tilt and d-tilt, especially in the Sheik video. I would say the biggest improvement would be to utilize SH more often (your FH B-reverses gave opponents time to react) as well as d-smash. And yes, you'll definitely want to practice SH FF n-air so you have it as a consistent approach option.

With regards to the ZSS ditto, you definitely could have survived that second stock if you flip jump canceled into the wall (flip jump into wall and hold up or the jump button when you hit the wall) and then used up B.

Not sure if you saw the comment on my latest ZSS vid, but I posted a written guide for ZSS which contains advanced techniques and mix-ups you can try out. 10 pages of pretty much everything I've seen/read about competitively:

Zero Suit Samus Comprehensive Guide

Good luck training!

Thanks for replying. I'll be practising Short Hops (and SHFF N-airs) today so I can fully incorporate them into my playstyle (I'm still getting use to them haha). The timing online seems to be a bit different for when I want to perform SHFF N-airs (I can pull them off more consistently offline). I wasn't aware that the Flip Jump Cancel was that easy to input (I assumed it was some crazy advanced technique lol), I'l have to practice that lol. Thanks again for the advice, I will definitely give your guide a read. :).
