So i think i actually becam quite good at brawl (imo). And i'd like to practice more by facing some other people.. I still remember that there was this pokemon chat where u could just type ur fc and ppl would add you. How can i find people to battle?

Check out the regional section of the board and find the thread for your state/city. There are usually tournaments going on at least once a month in most of the areas that have a scene. Players also tend to have 'Smashfests' where they meet up and play as a means to practice for future events.
