Where are my characters?!?!?!

after beating the SSE i went back into it to unlock some secret characters and i noticed something.

SIX OF MY CHARACTERS ARE MISSING!!!

am i able to get these characters back? and if so how?



EDIT: im only missing 5. i realized i hadnt gotten jigglypuff in the SSE yet.
