Hitboxes are inside the FitCharacter.pac file.

Uh... I know hitboxes for most things are kept in what KingJigglypuff said. However, I am not sure if all hitboxes are kept there. For example, I am not sure where to locate some of Snake's hitboxes for some things like his many projectiles.

Those are also in the FitCharacter.pac, but those are located in certain Sub Routines.

You'll have to look for those through Dantarion's Wiki though.
