All random times. There's no set pattern for when it will come out, it'll just be out 'when it's ready'.

Anytime past 6pm cst is valid. It couldn't come out earlier than that though, as the official date for release is the 29th on Nintendo UK's Byleth stream. So at this point, anytime between now and 11:59 EST is possible.
