When does E3 take place?

I'm trying to figure out exactly when, so I can count down the days!

I read on Wikipedia that the first E3 went from about May 13 - May 17, or something like that.

I think I remember an E3 taking place during June, or even July! After hearing about Brawl practically being "complete", I just had to find out when E3 is, because they probably aren't going to reveal anything until then!

So, can I have some help, here?

A. E3 is dead as we knew it.
B. We won't get this big announcement fest like we used to at it.
C. Should be in the Light House.

Try using Google before letting your brain s*** all over our forum. I typed "e3" into Google, and the first hit was the official site. You'll see that at the very top of the official site, in bold letter that are near-IMPOSSIBLE-to-miss, E3 is taking place between July 11th through July 13th.
