No. The only places that Nintendo generally publicly announces games are GDC in March and E3 in June. Nintendo never goes to Comic Con or the Tokyo Game Show. Every couple of years Nintendo has their own event in October/November to show off games too. Nintendo's next major Nintendo Direct is supposed to be in October before the release of the Wonderful 101 and Windwaker HD.
