There are many things you should do before a tourny to prepare yourself to your best possible game. Ino that having a alot of rest is good to have. Practice before hand is good aswell. Im still questioning myself whether an energy drink would be good or bad before a tourny. If anybody knows any other ways to prepare before a tourny id love to hear em.

lol. I'd stay off the energy drinks, buddy. Energy drinks are only good for finding AT's and glitches. I personally play much worse after a Monster. @___@

There's not much you can do but practice a lot before-hand. Invite a buddy over and just mess around in Training Mode.

Yeah don't drink energy drinks. I would prepare by getting around 8-10 hours of sleep. Practicing against top tier characters is a good idea. Eat breakfast.

It depends on how intergrated the AT's are in your current game. You can't learn and intergrate a bunch of stuff in one day.

So sleep, eat breakfast, practice a bit.

Doing some hand exercises wouldn't be bad either. Last thing you want are rigid fingers that mistakingly pressed the wrong button.

Also wear some easy clothes so you won't feel too warm considering you're inside a place full of people.

And don't go for those energy drinks because you'll end up getting high blood pressure which will definitely increase anxiety, hence decreasing your performance significantly. Just go for water or some 100% pure fruit juice. ;/

nice, solid advice. i agree with everything said, including no energy drinks. Energy drinks change ur brain patterns then give u a sugar crash later on which cause and ur brain has slowed down.
