whats a needle grab?

It sounds very useful from the sheik guides ive read, sorry im just a n00b and have been playing this game for about a month and trying to improve

When Sheik throws needles in air, the move auto cancels when she lands. In other words, there's almost no lag when she lands, so you can immediately do a move. If your opponent was hit by the needles (or even if they were shielding to a certain extent), then they are in a state of helplessness, still in the animation of getting hit. If you do it correctly, you should land while they are vulnerable and immediately grab before they have a chance to do anything. Of course, you could do another attack, like a down smash, but typically people grab simply because her grabs are just so **** good.
